MandiSteam-roasted
Our signature. Chicken or lamb soaked in traditional mandi spices and slowly steam-roasted over fragrant basmati until impossibly tender.
We’ve taken iconic traditional dishes from across the Arabian Peninsula — mandi, madhbi, madfoon and haneedh — and brought them straight to your table.
Real mandi can’t be rushed — so we don’t. We just do all the waiting before you arrive.
Every morning our kitchens start the slow work: meat rubbed in traditional mandi spice, basmati layered with whole cardamom and saffron beneath it, and hours of gentle steam-roasting until every grain has caught the drippings and the meat surrenders at the touch of a fork.
Then comes the part we’re proudest of — you walk in, you order, and a feast that took all day lands on your table in minutes. That’s the promise on our walls: slow-cooked food, served fast.
Before the food arrives, the aromatics do — cardamom, saffron and a pot of fresh Arabic coffee poured the moment you sit down.
Across the Arabian Peninsula, that’s how every majlis has greeted its guests for centuries: a small cup, poured often, that says stay a while. From the smoky char of madhbi to the buried, oven-steamed tenderness of madfoon, every dish that follows is a piece of that same hospitality — we simply bring it closer to home.
Each of our signature dishes is defined by its method — how the meat meets the heat. Here is what makes each one unforgettable.

The portions were absolutely huge, even though we chose mini sizes. The chicken was incredibly tender and fell off the bone.
The Haneedh and the Madhbi were both outstanding. The lamb was incredibly tender — it practically melted off the bone.
I really liked the vibes and the decoration of the place — such an Arabic, Khaliji feel that I had to call my family to come too.
The lamb mandi platter was tender and flavourful but gentle on the spices, and the rice was so fragrant. The lentil soup was a great start.
The mandi tastes delicious, fresh and full of authentic flavour — this place keeps improving every time we visit.
